I exercise everyday, usually when I come home from school eating habits are pretty good. I try to lot of vegetabIes ,usually ten to eIeven times a I eat fruit everyday and I drnk milk everyday. Ofcourse,I love junkfood too, but I try to eat it only once a ,and Isleep nine hours every night. So you see,I look after my health lifestyle helps me get good grades.

Good food exercise help me to study better.

我每天都锻炼身体，通常当我从学校回家时，饮食习惯相当好。我想很多的蔬菜，通常为十～11倍一个星期。我每天吃水果，我每天都喝牛奶。当然，我也喜欢垃圾食品，但我尽量一周只吃一次。哦，每天晚上睡九小时。所以你看，我照顾我的`健康生活方式帮助我取得好成绩。

好的食物锻炼有助于我更好地学习。
