篇二：“汉办”汉语志愿者考试面试总结
汉语志愿者考试面试总结
又到了每年招募赴泰汉语志愿者的时间了，身在泰国半年多，对此感触很深。现在把我自己去年的面试经历回忆出来，因为时间过去了好久，有些细节可能会有所遗漏，还请各位童鞋见谅了。
我面试的是20xx年赴泰志愿者，首轮面试时间是20xx年12月14日，其实12日就已经开始面试了，不过由于河大承担了全省的面试工作，因此要按学校分批分时间进行。
和20xx年不同的是，我们这次只有面试和心理测试，没有另外加考的综合笔试。面试和心理测试分开进行，上午面试者下午进行心理测试，上午参加了心理测试就等到下午参加面试。我和雯的考试时间一样，都是14号上午面试，下午进行心理测试。
面试时间15到20 分钟左右，共包括以下几个环节：语言综合测试，外语口试，试讲，跨文化交际能力和中华才艺（貌似是这么几个名字，官方说法可以参考河北省教育厅国际交流处的网站）。上午面试时分为9个考场，每个考场有9名左右的考生，不过每个考场总会有那么几名考生弃考，所以实际上每个考场参加考试的大概有7名左右。每个考场有4位考官，分别考察语言综合，试讲，外语测试和文化及跨文化交际能力。每个考场还有一名国防生负责录像，所以说，当你进入考场的那一刻，你的一举一动都会记录在册。
进入考场后先自我介绍，关于自我介绍当时比较纠结的是要不要准备英文版的，我当时是中英文都准备了，不过面试时老师并没有要求我用英文再说一遍所以还是以中文的自我介绍为主吧。我的感觉是，不需要在自我介绍上花太多的时间，因为面试时间总共20分钟左右，这20分钟包括了你所有的面试环节，如果在自我介绍上花了太多的时间，势必会影响后面环节的展示，而且当你介绍完自己的考生编号时，你的中英文的报名表早已在面试老师的手里了，我认为相同的内容也就没有必要再重复了。自我介绍完成后，面试老师会提示考生抽取题目。在讲桌上会发现5张背面朝上的纸条，每张纸条有一个号码，那个号码就是你的题目。
1、语言综合能力测试
这一部分考察的是中文的基本功，基于面试的目的是选拔汉语教师志愿者，所以这一部分也是面试时“决定生死”的一个部分。主要内容有语文基础知识和同义词辨析。
语文基础知识就是拼音和汉字书写。面试老师会根据你所抽的题号念一段话，然后要求考生在黑板上把这句话的拼音和汉字写出来。主要考察的是拼音拼写规则和汉字书写笔顺。我的题目是：天安门广场上矗立的人民英雄纪念碑。看出来考点了吗？拼音部分就是隔音符号，汉字就是一些难写字比如“矗”和“碑”的书写与笔顺。
拼音规则和笔顺其实很好掌握，黄廖版《现代汉语》第一册就全部解决了，其中提到的拼音规则基本就是面试时的考点，需要注意的是一些汉字的笔顺（我的题目中笔顺方面体现的不太明显），比如说：火，方。口音方面其实考察的不明显，因为是由面试官念出题目由考生拼写，所以一般不会有
in,ing,z,c,s,zh,ch,sh的问题。
除了拼音和汉字书写就是同义词辨析以及病句分析了。同义词辨析和现代汉语课上学到的一样，给两个同义词诸如“突然—忽然”（我抽到了这两个词）、“美丽—漂亮”等等进行辨析，这是面试的必考题，翻翻《现代汉语八百词》（吕叔湘先生的大作，很有用的一本工具书，网上搜搜就有了）基本就都有了。病句分析常常考结构错误，比如被字句和把字句之类的。
2、试讲
试讲环节是让大家都比较紧张的环节，因为大家都无所适从，不知道从何开始。我的题目是讲“时间”。因为是简要介绍教学环节，所以我就当实习汇报时的说课一样去讲，教具就是一个大表，先从“表”开始，由学生母语引入“时、分、秒”的概念，然后通过翻译的方法把中文的“时、分、秒”介绍给学生，然后书写生词，讲解课文，做对话练习等等。其中我提到了对话练习，面试老师就要求我具体介绍一下怎么来就行课堂活动，我当时想法很简单，就是让学生2人一组做练习，一人拿教具摆时间另一个人来说时间。其实现在看来还可以更丰满一点，比如说利用多媒体，使用动画，儿歌，和数字操等等，还可以进行竞赛增加趣味性。
3、外语测试
一般是英语。英语老师会针对前面2个环节的面试情况随机出题，一般都不会很难，而且应该是和教学相关的问题。外语测试的时间不会很长。我的情况比较悲催，问的是围绕教学的，而且由于我之前的面试环节中悲催的提到了诗词教学（至今我也想不起来是怎么绕到诗词上去的……），并且引起了面试老师的兴趣，她就使劲用英语问：“当你的学生在现代汉语还不掌握的情况下你怎么教他们传统诗词？”“你怎么理解传统诗词教学”然后我就悲剧了……
4、跨文化交际能力
这个比较好理解，印象中就一个问题，我当时的题目是：“上课时，你的学生一直说台湾是一个独立的国家，你怎么样给学生解释？”这个题目有多种答案，童鞋们就自己开动脑筋吧~跨文化交际就是这种类型的题目，主要考察的是应变能力。
5、中华才艺
这是最后一个环节，也是展现个人魅力的时候了，全靠自己本事了。书法，民乐，喜剧，武术，国画，手工艺都可以，没有限制，只要能想到的通通都可以~
拉拉杂杂这么一堆，基本流程就是这样了，希望能给童鞋们一点帮助。其实重点还在于展现出自信，开朗，敢于担当的一面就基本可以了，最重要的是勇于参与。做好自己能做的，剩下的就是等待结果了。
p.s:总之我的首次面试是悲催的，第一批没录取上，第二批补录才有了个参加培训的机会，我一直对我的英语耿耿于怀，到现在都是……怨念的跑开……

这个不用担心，就按第一感觉选。只要不是心理变态就行。
四、笔试（180分钟）
120道选择题，共180分；n道大题，共120分。满分共300分。
内容涉及：现代汉语、对外汉语教学概论、教育心理学、中国文化、跨文化交际等（自己总结，不一定全）
题量非常大，时间非常紧张，还得涂卡。勉强做完，没有时间检查。写大题写得手都抽筋了。听说很多童鞋都木有做完。
听说是汉办打算重开对外汉语教师资格证考试，这是一次预测。我们都是一群被试。（小道消息）

篇六：志愿者申请-自我介绍
尊敬的领导、老师们：
大家上午好！
我是xx，来自土建学院土木xx，xx岁，四川xx人。
对于支教活动我的的志愿是十分坚定的，我认为这是我人生必须去经历去实践的一件事情。这份执着，来源于四个方面：
第一，5·12特大地震以及家里发生的一些列变故，让我一次又一次地陷入了困境，在我迷茫甚至绝望的时候，国家与社会关心着我，帮助了我，让我得以在求学之路上继续奋斗下去，我感动于社会的真情与温暖，滴水之恩必当以涌泉相报，我十分坚定自己奉献社会，传承社会无疆大爱的支教志愿；
第二，我的执着也源于我对祖国的热爱，因为爱，我的眼里饱含着泪水，我要到基层去，我要到西部去，我要到祖国和人民需要我的地方去；
第三，我更能深切地体会到他们对于知识的渴望，在绵阳平武，就在我们身边，有这么一群孩子，为了学习，每天要爬好几个山头，吃的永远都是面条加酸菜，他们一个月的生活费可能会比我们西科大的学生一天的都还少，5块，10块，也许他们在学习的同时还得承担家里的劳务，也许他们还不得不承受父母外出打工自己留守山里的孤独。看到这么一群孩子，我突然觉得自己所谓的困难在他们面前是那么的无病呻吟！我尊敬他们，我发誓一定要为这些可爱的人们做些什么。
第四，这也是最关键的一点，我的家人支持我。
正是由于家人的支持与鼓励，此刻，我十分的坚定地站在这里，我坚信我会成为一名合格的支教志愿者。
请您们相信我，我不怕一切困难，哪怕是那里的水是咸的，喝了就拉肚子，哪怕那里的空气干燥得让人无法入眠，哪怕那里的食物永远都只有土豆加面条，哪怕那里会一天两天，一个月甚至两个月没有电和通讯，我不怕，我做好了克服这一切的准备；

篇七：志愿者个人简介
个人简介
我叫张静，是来自电信学院08电气工程与自动化二班的一名学生。我想谈一谈我在大一这一年中加入志愿者协会的历程以及在志愿者协会组织下参加一些活动的感想。
一直以为志愿者是一个圣神的名字，特别是在去年汶川大地震和北京奥运会期间，无数的志愿者洒下了辛勤的汗水，从那以后，我就告诉自己，以后我一定成为一名志愿者。刚进大学，一切对于我来说都是那么的新鲜，在社团招新的那一阵子，我开始了解攀枝花学院志愿者协会。后来，在一位大三学长的介绍下，我加入了青年志愿者协会。从此，我开始了我的志愿者之路。
加入志协后，我开始关注志愿者的动向，了解志愿者的活动，我也积极参加志愿者组织的活动。这学期一开始，我就参加了电信系志愿者分会组织的在校园内义务打扫清洁的活动，虽然这是一次很小的活动，但却给了我很大的感触。我认识到了志愿者不一定都得轰轰烈烈的参加救灾或者是为奥运会服务，作为一名志愿者，就应该从一点一滴的小事做起，任劳任怨，无怨无悔。我开始注意身边的事情，只要我是一名志愿者，不管有没有人组织，不管该不该我去做，我们都该做一些力所能及的事去践行一个志愿者的责任。
今年四月中旬，我系的运动会隆重召开。作为一名志愿者，在开运动会的两天中，积极开展了志愿者服务。从为运动员提供简单的医疗服务，准备运动器材，维持秩序，我都在一点一滴的小事中感受作为一名志愿者的快乐。五四青年节期间，我参加了攀枝花援少会组织的，在中心广场举行的帮助贫困儿童实现愿望的活动，那次活动，我深深感到了作为一名志愿者，我们做的事也许会对别人有很大的影响。我们从农村的孩子那里搜集到了50个愿望，然后在城市里寻找有能力帮助那些实现愿望的人，通过为他们讲解那些贫困儿童的现状让他们去帮助那些儿童。每当我说服一个人，当他们答应去帮助那些儿童时，我就有一种成就感，虽然我不能为那些贫困儿童做一些实事，可是我也在间接的帮助他们，我感到了作为一名志愿者的光荣。这也是我走出学校参加的第一次志愿者服务，看到那些儿童最朴实的愿望，我深深的感动了，作为一名普通志愿者，我第一次感到了自己肩上还是有很大的责任的。五月中旬的时候，又到中心广场参加了城市管理执法大队组织的文明劝导活动，又从另一方面开阔了我的视野，增强了我的见识。
参见志愿者协会已经一年了，在此期间，我认真践行志愿精神，传播先进文化，为建设团结互助、平等友爱、共同前进的美好社会贡献力量。在以后的学习和工作中，我仍会积极参加志愿者活动，使自己能对得起志愿者这个光荣的称号。
